Fundraisers & Events
This is a lunch time event and is held twice a month on Wednesdays. Kids can buy a pre-bagged bag of popcorn for $2.
Parents Need to Know: Send a toonie to school with your child to school to purchase popcorn. Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, the school does not allow children to share popcorn or give money to other kids to purchase popcorn if their parents do not okay it! This fundraiser is only for the school and not the ELC. Children are welcome to purchase more than one bag of popcorn.
This is a treat day after school sold outside in front of the school. Includes various different treats such as hot chocolate, donuts, candy or ice cream. The cost is $2.
Parents Need to Know: Bring a toonie at pick up to purchase the treats. This fundraiser is open to both the school and the ELC. Children are welcome to purchase more than one treat as well as treats for siblings that don't attend the school.
Have a couple of hours child-free by dropping your child off for movie night! The cost is $20 which includes pizza, drink & popcorn. We typically host movie nights in September, October, and May.
Parents Need to Know: Movie nights are held outdoors, weather permitting. If it rains the day off, the event will be canceled in the morning and ticket purchases will be refunded. Children are encouraged to wear their pyjamas but should still dress warmly! Bringing a blanket or sleeping bag is recommended. This is a drop and go event, meaning parents are to drop off their children at 5:30pm and pick them up at 7:30pm. This event is open K-7 only.
This will happen in late Spring and is a lot of fun for everyone! Last year the $20 entry fee included inflatables, air brush tattoos, hot dogs, chips, water, games, and popcorn.
Parents Need to Know: This event is open to both the school and the ELC and is held on the playground of the school so plan accordingly. We do our best to plan the event for sunny days but this event proceeds rain or shine. There are treats such as candy and slushies available for purchase so bring cash for that. Siblings that don't attend Murrayville Academy & ELC are also welcome to attend. Other family members are welcome on a case by case basis.
This is a lunch time event and is held 2-3 times per year. Kids can buy a hotdog chips or fruit cup for $7
Parents Need to Know: Will need to preorder and a flyer with instructions will be sent out in advance. Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, the school does not allow children to share Hotdog lunches or give money to other kids to purchase hotdog lunches if their parents do not okay it! This fundraiser is only for the school and not the ELC.

Browse their catalog to find a variety of special items and give back to the school by purchasing your favourite chocolates. This fundraiser is part of our Holiday and Spring Market. Stock up on gifts and stocking stuffers for the holidays, and then treats for spring. The cost varies based on what purchases you make.
Parents Need to Know: This is an online fundraiser, and orders will be available for pick up at the school.
This is a new fundraiser for us this year! Order your seeds for your spring/summer gardens through our West Coast Seeds fundraisers. There is a minimum order of $10 per purchase.
Parents Need to Know: This is an online fundraiser that takes place during the winter so you have your seeds in time for spring and orders will be available for pick up at the school.
We all need to keep track of our kid’s items! This is online and available any time you need to order! Order from Mabel’s Labels using our school code and we will receive 20% back to put into our fundraising efforts. Price varies based on your purchase.

Shop fresh craft meats, local handpicked produce, and farm market goodness delivered fresh to your door. 30% of proceeds go directly to our school! This is an online fundraiser we run during our holiday and spring markets. Price varies based on your purchase.
Parents Need to Know: Please note that they have changed the use of gift cards to online purchases only.
This is another new fundraiser for Murrayville. It will be online, and available for a set period of time. Purchase any of the delicious cookie mixes from the fundraising link and Murrayville Academy will receive 40% of the sale! Price varies based on your purchase.
Parents Need to Know: You must write Murrayville Academy in the notes section of your order and select pick up for your order to benefit the school and for you to be able to pick up your order from the school (we will pick up from Abbotsford and bring to the school for you!)
We're hoping to have another at Roots & Wings in Langley in the Spring. It includes a drink, light food, games, music, and a silent auction. It’s a great way to meet other parents and have a fun night out! Price per ticket to be determined based on the event.
Parents Need to Know: This is an adults only and you must purchase a ticket before the event to attend.
Premium poinsettias, holiday wreaths, and beautiful planters are available. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to cookies, something complementary with chocolates, or just something to add a pop of colour and cheer for the holidays - this fundraiser is for you! We run this fundraiser during our Holiday and Spring Market and price varies based on your purchase.
Parents Need to Know: Wreaths and arrangements are available to purchase online, and pick up at school.
Purchase some Krispy Kreme donuts and give back to the school. We run this fundraiser once per year. Cost is $15 per dozen and delivered to the school
